January Job Search Sprint for Humanitarians
2-session Sprint (75 minutes each) + written feedback — €399 (IVA included)
Make January count and start 2026 with a clear plan
January often carries a lot of pressure.
New year, new expectations and the feeling that you should already know what comes next.
In reality, many humanitarian professionals enter January still tired, uncertain, and unsure how to restart a job search that stalled or never really took off.
Meanwhile, humanitarian organisations, NGOs, foundations, and EU-adjacent actors do not pause in January.
They prepare shortlists, plan recruitments, and reopen processes for the first months of the year.
Using January with intention allows you to move forward without panic and to enter 2026 with a clearer strategy, stronger applications, and a more grounded sense of direction.
The January Job Search Sprint
The January Job Search Sprint is a short, focused accompaniment designed to help you regain structure, clarity, and momentum at the start of the year — without overwhelm.
Who is this for?
This Sprint is for you if:
You are a humanitarian, development, or social-sector professional in an active or upcoming job search, in or beyond the aid sector.
You want to use January productively, instead of postponing decisions or applications “until later.”
You feel tired of sending applications without feedback and want a more intentional, strategic approach.
You want to start 2026 with clarity, a concrete plan, and several strong applications already submitted.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
We will work from where you are now, and build from there.
What we will do together
Session 1 – 75 minutes (online)
Clarify your short-term focus for the next 1–2 months (realistic target roles & directions).
Review your CV and LinkedIn profile to identify high-impact priorities, not perfection.
Build a 2–3 week January action plan: applications + networking steps adapted to your reality.
Between sessions
Written feedback on one CV and one cover letter for a real position.
Review of one LinkedIn section (About, Headline, or Featured) to align your message.
Session 2 – 75 minutes (online)
Work on a real application together (CV + cover + alignment with the job ad).
Define concrete networking actions you can take in January and early January.
Close with a simple 4-week roadmap so you know exactly what to focus on as you enter 2026.
What you will walk away with
By the end of the Sprint, you will have:
A clearer, realistic direction for your next professional step.
A stronger CV and cover letter, tested on a real job opportunity.
Concrete improvements on your LinkedIn positioning.
A short, focused action plan for January and early January.
Less “noise” and more clarity about where to put your energy.
This is not about sending more applications.
It is about sending better applications, with a strategy behind them.
